Our Services
As our clients have come to expect, Invest-in-property plc will
carry out the entire purchase transaction for you, arrange stage
payments and assist in the re-sale process, prior to or shortly
after, completion.We make regular buying trips to the Costa del
Sol, to inspect newly released development sites, often negotiating
discounts and reserving selected properties.
These are then offered - with a full financial appraisal and projected
payment plan - to clients, who usually make a fairly prompt decision
to proceed, and pay a reservation deposit of approx £2,000 or £4,000.

Full Acquisition Management

2.5% of the purchase price, or 1% + 10% of the capital growth
